A written order, approved artwork, and a documented surface review set the expectations for your project. These service terms apply when your order expressly incorporates them.
Effective October 17, 2026
Our business and your agreement
St. Croix Wraps & Graphics operates as a DBA of St. Croix Trailers. Your written estimate and invoice identify the contracting business and billing name. The customer must have authority to approve the work, including permission from the vehicle, equipment, property owner, or lessor where required.
We provide the applicable service terms and job-specific warranty for acceptance with the estimate and retain the accepted version. This October 17, 2026 version applies to orders that expressly incorporate it on or after that date. Later website changes do not rewrite existing agreements. A signed job-specific provision controls a conflict, subject to applicable law. Browsing this site or requesting a quote does not authorize paid work.
Estimates, scope, and pricing
Website prices are planning figures or starting prices. A written estimate identifies the actual unit or substrate, covered panels, measurements, film and laminate, design allowance and revision rounds, preparation, removal, disassembly, quantities, finishing, installation, shipping, exclusions, tax, and timing included. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Changes before acceptance may require a revised estimate.
The scope identifies who measures and installs. Roofs, jambs, recesses, textured trim, hardware, and areas around doors, vents, rivets, and seams are included only as described. Critical construction details, exposed areas, overlaps, and inlays are reviewed before production. Graphics must not obstruct required markings, lights, plates, safety devices, or necessary visibility.
Deposits and the production release
Unless the written order says otherwise, a 50% production deposit is due before design scheduling, material allocation, or production begins; the balance is due at completion before pickup or before shipment, subject to applicable law. Separate design charges, any credit against the project total, and approved account terms must be written.
Payment alone is not artwork approval. Printing begins after the order and applicable terms are accepted, required payment is received, fitment and material suitability are confirmed, and the identified final proof is approved in writing. Unpaid amounts may pause unperformed work or shipment as legally permitted. We do not require you to give up lawful payment disputes or warranty rights.
Customer information and proof approval
Provide accurate unit, quantity, shipping, timing, and fitment information and identify the authorized approver. Proof approval applies to the specific file name, revision, and date recorded with the order. Check spelling, phone numbers, URLs, QR destinations, logos, dimensions, placement, panel map, and included coverage before approving.
Screens and office printers are not reliable color standards. Brand-critical color requires an approved physical sample on the intended film and laminate or a written agreed production target. Materials, lighting, surface texture, aging, and later batches may affect appearance. A mockup illustrates layout; verified measurements govern fit. Significant changes to approved text, logos, placement, or coverage require renewed approval.
Changes and our production errors
Extra design rounds, altered measurements, new artwork or pieces, added coverage, hidden conditions, and other scope changes require written approval of the price and schedule effect before the additional work proceeds. Material substitutions also require approval. The record identifies what changed and who authorized it.
If we incorrectly produce the approved proof or documented specifications, correcting our production error is our cost. Customer-requested changes, incorrect customer-supplied specifications, or damage caused by others are separately assessed; they do not excuse an error we made.
Surface condition and vehicle intake
Disclose known repainting, body repairs, filler, corrosion, clearcoat failure, coatings, wax, silicone, ceramic treatments, prior film, and other adhesion concerns. We document visible conditions and identified panel-specific risks with an intake report and photographs. Inspection cannot guarantee discovery of hidden weaknesses. Film does not repair unsound paint or bodywork; we may pause or decline unsuitable work.
Application or removal can reveal or worsen pre-existing adhesion weakness. Identified risks are reviewed before proceeding. A condition acknowledgement does not excuse damage caused by our negligent cutting, heating, handling, or other work. We document hardware to be removed, existing function issues, keys, and the authorized collection contact. Road use or transport beyond necessary movement at the shop requires separate authorization.
Removal and unexpected conditions
Old-film removal, future wrap removal, and adhesive cleanup are separate services unless expressly included. The removal authorization states the scope, labor rate, included cleanup, and initial spending limit. Film age, sun exposure, residue, and paint condition can change the time needed; damage-free removal and restoration of the original paint appearance are not guaranteed.
We stop and request further authorization before exceeding the approved limit or continuing after unexpected paint failure or suspected material defects. We document and preserve relevant evidence. Additional removal or repair costs require written agreement; existing warranty obligations and mandatory remedies still apply.
Scheduling, pickup, and custody
Dates are estimates unless a deadline is expressly accepted in writing. Scope, payment, artwork, materials, surface readiness, and installation access must be confirmed. Customer changes, late arrivals, hidden conditions, weather, or supply interruptions may change timing; we communicate material changes and applicable shipment-delay options.
Pickup arrangements and any storage rate, grace period, and start date must be disclosed and accepted in advance. Storage charges begin only under that agreement after a written ready-for-pickup notice. Vehicle retention, liens, and disposal follow applicable law; there is no automatic abandonment or ownership transfer. A delivery walkthrough records visible condition and a punch list; it does not waive hidden defects.
Cancellation and custom goods
Request cancellation in writing promptly so we can stop avoidable work and commitments. We provide an itemized accounting of completed services and legally recoverable, documented noncancelable material or third-party costs, less refunds, credits, and avoided costs. Any remaining refundable balance is returned. We do not automatically keep every deposit or charge the entire unperformed balance simply because an order was placed.
Custom goods already produced are generally not returnable for a change of preference. This does not remove remedies for defects, our errors, required shipment-delay refunds, or other rights under applicable law. See Shipping + Returns for shipped orders.
Artwork rights and project photographs
You confirm permission to reproduce supplied artwork, trademarks, photographs, and copy, and retain rights you already own. The quote identifies design deliverables and usage rights. Shop-created working files and original concepts remain ours until paid; editable source files, fonts, stock-image licenses, reusable templates, and broader rights are included only if specified. Known file or resolution limitations are disclosed before printing.
Inspection and completion photos support the job record and claims handling. Public portfolio, social-media, or advertising use requires separate affirmative permission covering the images and channels. Declining marketing use does not affect service or warranty. We avoid publishing plates, VINs, private addresses, keys, security codes, or personal belongings.
Print-only work and supplied materials
Print-only orders identify who measures, selects the substrate, installs, and removes the graphics. Our installation warranty does not cover installation we do not perform. Customer-supplied film requires a suitability review and written agreement about material limitations, inspection, waste allowance, and any available manufacturer coverage before acceptance. We remain responsible for our own production errors and negligent handling.
Warranty, remedies, and disputes
Your job-specific warranty and the Warranty + Care policy distinguish our workmanship from manufacturer product coverage. The written warranty specifies the covered work, term, start date, exclusions, and remedy before you accept the order. A manufacturer durability figure is not a promise of free removal, reprinting, or reinstallation.
For a covered workmanship issue, repair, replacement, or re-performance of the affected work is the initial remedy, subject to applicable law and any additional written commitment. For ordinary economic claims concerning the work, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected portion to the extent legally permitted, and indirect lost advertising value, revenue, or use is excluded to that extent. These limits do not apply to personal injury, property damage caused by our negligence, fraud, willful misconduct, or liabilities and remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
Contact us promptly so we can inspect and propose a remedy. This process does not shorten a statutory claim period, require waiver of lawful payment disputes, or restrict honest reviews or complaints to authorities. We preserve applicable consumer and warranty rights.
Website use and governing law
Do not attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or infringing content, interfere with operation, or impersonate another person. Website planning information may be corrected or updated; your accepted order remains governed by its recorded terms.
