Before choosing the lowest total, ask every shop to confirm these six lines in writing.
Every side, panel, roof area, window, bumper, trim piece, and add-on should be named—not implied.
Confirm the included design allowance, proof rounds, production setup, and what happens if dimensions change.
Confirm the quoted construction is appropriate for the surface, geometry, exposure, expected life, and removal plan.
Old graphics, adhesive, oxidation, silicone, damage, cleaning, disassembly, and repairs should have a clear owner.
The quote should state access, crew assumptions, install location, expected schedule, and vehicle or trailer downtime.
Know who pays for an incorrectly produced approved panel and which changes, taxes, travel, or hidden conditions are extra.

The quote accounts for the design, production, finishing, preparation, installation, and quality control needed to deliver a finished commercial asset.
The quote states which sides, panels, roof areas, windows, bumpers, trim, and add-on pieces are included.
We specify the complete system for the actual surface, geometry, exposure, expected life, and removal plan.
Printed area, ink coverage, panel waste, lamination, trimming, contour cutting, inspection, and staging are built into production.
Prep, crew-hours, access, alignment, edge work, post-heat where required, and the finished walk-through are scoped before install.

If we misproduce an approved panel, we correct it. If you add pieces, change the design, alter dimensions, or expand the scope, we price the change in writing before production. That is the line.
Pricing questions
For a clean, wrap-ready 8.5×16 trailer, our published planning prices are from $4,995 for three vertical sides with usable print-ready art, $5,595 for a custom-designed three-side package, and $6,495 for a custom-designed four-side package. A clean 8.5×20 four-side custom package plans at $7,195. Openings, removals, repairs, unusual skins, roofs, floors, and added pieces can change the written quote.
Complex food and concession trailers typically plan at $8,500–$9,500+. Serving windows, doors, menus, vents, trim, hardware, sponsor areas, and difficult layout add production and installation work beyond a smooth cargo trailer.
We do not promise to be the cheapest line item. We publish realistic planning figures and spell out the design, coverage, preparation, production, installation, exclusions, and correction responsibility so you can compare complete scopes instead of teaser prices.
Ask both shops to identify the exact sides and panels covered, design and proof allowance, surface preparation, installation and downtime, exclusions, tax, warranty terms, and who pays if an approved panel is produced incorrectly.
Two vehicles with the same model can require different preparation, coverage, hardware removal, paneling, film, and install time. The range helps with budgeting; the written quote locks the exact scope after photos, measurements, and inspection.
We do not publish a one-size-fits-all product list. We specify the complete construction after reviewing the actual surface, geometry, exposure, expected life, removal plan, and current manufacturer guidance.
Not automatically. A smooth trailer skin, compound vehicle curves, rivets, corrugations, oxidation, and difficult adhesion create different requirements. We inspect the unit and confirm the appropriate construction before the quote is approved.
No. If we produce a panel incorrectly after the approved proof and documented specifications, correcting that production error is our cost. Customer-requested revisions, new pieces, changed dimensions, hidden conditions, or added scope are priced with a written change order before we proceed.
Sales tax, old graphic removal, failing paint, rust, oxidation, body repair, silicone remediation, lifts, unusual travel, rush production, and customer-added scope are excluded unless the written quote specifically includes them.
Unless your written order says otherwise, a 50% production deposit is due before design scheduling or material allocation, with the balance at completion before pickup or before shipment, subject to applicable law. Printing also requires the accepted order and terms, confirmed fitment, and written approval of the identified final proof. Payment alone is not artwork approval.
