This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who helps us process it, and how to ask questions or exercise applicable privacy rights.
Effective October 17, 2026
Business and project photographs
St. Croix Wraps & Graphics operates as a DBA of St. Croix Trailers. Inspection and completion photographs are part of the private job record and may be shared as needed to perform the work, handle claims, or meet legal obligations.
Using project photographs in a public portfolio, on social media, or in advertising requires separate affirmative permission identifying the images and channels. Permission to contact you about a quote is not permission for public marketing use. Declining optional photo use does not affect service or warranty. We avoid publishing plates, VINs, private addresses, keys, security codes, and personal belongings. Contact us to withdraw permission for future optional use; we will explain any practical limits on retrieving material already distributed.
Information we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we may collect your name, company, email, phone number, city, project type, quantities, dimensions, timing, project description, photos, artwork, and correspondence. If you become a customer, we may also keep estimates, approvals, invoices, payment status, installation notes, shipping details, and production files.
- Contact and business identity information
- Project, vehicle, equipment, surface, and fitment details
- Artwork, logos, photos, proofs, and approval history
- Order, payment-status, shipping, and customer-service records
- Basic technical records needed to operate and secure the website
How we use information
We use information to answer inquiries, scope and price work, create proofs, produce and install graphics, fulfill and ship orders, maintain replacement-ready files, provide support, keep accounting records, prevent misuse, and improve our process. We do not use quote details for unrelated automated decisions.
- Respond to and qualify quote requests
- Prepare estimates, proofs, production, installation, and shipment
- Maintain job history and replacement-panel continuity
- Comply with tax, accounting, legal, and safety obligations
- Protect the website and business from fraud or abuse
Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal data. We do not use personal data for targeted advertising or legal-effect profiling. We share only what is reasonably necessary with providers that help operate the website, email, payments, accounting, production, delivery, or professional services, and when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
- Website hosting and database providers
- Email, payment, bookkeeping, and accounting providers
- Shipping carriers and fulfillment partners
- Professional advisers, insurers, or authorities when necessary
Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently use nonessential advertising cookies or third-party behavioral analytics. Hosting and security systems may use strictly necessary technical storage or logs to deliver and protect the site. If we add nonessential analytics or advertising technology, we will update this notice and add any choices required by law.
Quote visit source
We use first-party browser session storage to remember the landing-page path, referring website hostname and limited campaign labels for up to 30 minutes of attribution use within a browser tab. If you submit a quote, those details may be saved with your inquiry in our CRM so we can understand which pages and sources generate requests. We do not save the full referring URL, URL query string or advertising click identifiers in this attribution record. These browser-observed details can be missing or inaccurate and are not verified search rankings or revenue attribution.
Retention
We keep information only as long as it remains relevant to the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law. Typical inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months. Customer contracts, approvals, invoices, and accounting records may be kept for up to seven years. Approved design and production files may be kept longer to support reorders, fleet consistency, warranty questions, or replacement panels. We delete or deidentify records when they are no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal holds and recordkeeping requirements.
Your choices and rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or ask for a portable copy where applicable. You may also withdraw consent for optional uses. Email sales@stcroixwraps.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable right.
Minnesota’s Consumer Data Privacy Act generally exempts qualifying small businesses from most duties while still prohibiting the sale of sensitive data without consent. We do not sell personal data. If a privacy law applies to a request, we will follow its response and appeal requirements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the limited information we collect. No internet transmission or storage system is perfectly secure, so do not send payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, medical information, or other unnecessary sensitive data through the quote form or ordinary email.
Children
Our services are directed to businesses and adult vehicle, equipment, and property owners. The website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy when our practices, services, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
