Built for the real world.

Snow, sun, road grime, cleaning, handling, tight timelines, and future changes all affect the right production plan.

01

Designed around the build

Serving windows, doors, fenders, vents, trim, and access panels are mapped before art approval so critical copy does not get sliced by the trailer.

02

Specified for the actual trailer

We inspect the skin, seams, rivets, corrugations, geometry, exposure, and expected life before specifying the construction. Difficult adhesion and unusual surfaces are tested before production.

03

New trailer or working unit

We can plan graphics during a new build or refresh a trailer already in service. Surface preparation and any prior graphic removal are scoped before install.

04

A complete mobile brand

Menus, sponsor panels, QR codes, DOT information, social handles, and call-to-action hierarchy can all be coordinated into one readable system.

Before you quote.

How much does an 8.5×16 trailer wrap cost?+

Our standardized starting points are from $4,995 for three vertical sides with usable print-ready art, $5,595 for a custom-designed three-side 8.5×16 package, $6,495 for four sides on an 8.5×16, and $7,195 for four sides on an 8.5×20. Complex food and concession trailers typically plan at $8,500–$9,500+ because openings, menus, hardware, vents, trim, and difficult layout add labor.

Where are trailer and food truck wraps installed?+

Our shop is at 15625 95th Street North in Stillwater, Minnesota. We serve customers from Minneapolis, St. Paul, the Twin Cities, and Western Wisconsin from this location. Confirm the scope and installation schedule with us before bringing your trailer or truck.

What should I send for a trailer wrap quote?+

Start with the trailer or truck size, the sides you want covered, the current surface condition, your timing, and whether you have artwork. After submitting the quote form, email photos of every side and any logo files with your request reference. Include the serving hatch both open and closed when applicable.

Can you wrap over rivets and seams?+

Often, yes, but we do not assume every trailer can use the same construction. Demanding rivets, corrugations, channels, oxidation, sealants, fasteners, and difficult surfaces can require inspection, an adhesion test, and a different specification.

Can you wrap a newly built food trailer before delivery?+

Yes. Our Stillwater shop already works around trailer production, making it easier to coordinate graphics before delivery when the schedule and final dimensions are confirmed.

Do you design menus and sponsor areas too?+

Yes. We can include permanent brand graphics, menu zones, changeable panels, sponsor blocks, and required information in the overall layout.

Send the surface. Get the plan.
